Hispanic Community October 2024 Riverland Community College: A Beacon of Opportunity and Growth in Southeastern Minnesota Riverland Community College, founded in 1996, plays a vital role in southeastern Minnesota’s workforce development and education. Hispanic Community December 2024 Premium Hispanic Education Must Start Early Despite improved global literacy, Hispanic families, especially recent immigrants, face barriers to children’s education due to low income and limited English proficiency. Early literacy support in English and native languages, along with economic assistance, could help close the educational gap for Hispanic children.
